We are in the neighborhood “El Sereno” where, as its name conveys, the first thing you feel when arriving at the place is that immeasurable peace and silence of which we slowly forget when we live immersed in the constant noise of big cities. In places like these, silence is undoubtedly the protagonist, along with the stunning and breathtaking views of the mountains Champaquí, Negro and Los Linderos.

The “Espinillo” cottage is powered by renewable energy, and has a solar thermal collector and a gas water heater, so hot water is provided on a permanent basis. It also has an equipped kitchen, a dining and living room, a bathroom and a bedroom, so it has the capacity to accommodate up to 3 people. The bedroom is on the top floor, unlike “Chañar” and “Aguaribay” cottages, where it is located on the ground floor. Besides, it has a fireplace to enjoy a warm and comfortable atmosphere on cold winter days. Outside, it has a grill and a deck that surrounds the cottage, which is ideal for contemplating wonderful sunsets, whose sky is tinged with beautiful colors as the sun sets behind the mountains.

You can also enjoy the garden of the premises, as well as the streets of the neighborhood, which are ideal for going for a walk in the mornings or afternoons and connecting with the nature and the amazing landscapes of the place. An experience that transmits the beauty of our planet and how small we are in the face of so much greatness.
